We're Stranded!
We're stranded by choice due to all the near-term uncertainty with flight cancellations and flight disruptions to and across the Philippines. Because of all the travel uncertainty and inconveniences with not only international travel, but with domestic travel in the Philippines, we have postponed our uncoming trip from Guam to Samar for the foreseeable future. The coming month of May is an important time for my wife's family who were all planning to travel home to Samar for the 10th anniversary for their dearly-departed mother's celebration of life. Now we will just wait and see how this conflict plays out with hopes that it will be resolved soon.
Philippine Airlines Disruption.

Affected passengers can rebook, receive refunds, or use travel credits.

Effective Date: April 16, 2026.
Duration: Until further notice/indefinite.
Reason: Rising fuel prices and changing global conditions.
