So, You Want to Be a YouTuber?
Right now, I'm thinking if anyone wants to be a successful youtuber, the odds of achieving success are apparently much greater if you first become a Quantum Particle Physicist. Take Sabine Hossenfelder for example... the German Theoretical Physicist, who has over 1.75 million subscribers, all drooling over her particle discussions... or whatever it is that she discusses. Personally, I think she is a robot... nobody can be that smart. Maybe she started out as a Roomba iRobot and then Elon Musk got his hands on it who injected it with AI, made a few upgrades, and then improved its appearance. But she looks so real!
The iRobot
Never before have I been part of such a captured audience... I just couldn't turn it off! Actually, that's not true. After just a couple minutes, I felt so mentally abused, I felt the need to smash some particles... or something. In my case though... I just need a hammer. How can some people just make you feel so dumb? But one thing is clear and that's when someone is so knowledgeable about something, people listen with much intent. Heck, I just learned that there are at least 1.75 million people smarter than me... just on one you tube channel!
Back to being a YouTuber...
Therein lies a problem with so many expat youtubers in the Philippines... they don't have the experience or knowledge to discuss the Philippines with any level of expertise, yet many pretend that they do. At least I haven't seen on with over a million subs yet.
Many years ago, my mother used to tell me "Don't believe it util you see it with your own eyes!" Tulsi Gabbard in recent times said, "Search results are manipulated, don't trust them!"
I think that qualifies as a real-life Deja vu!
